ffap-rfc-directories.el adds a list of local directories for
Emacs 22
ffap
to find an RFC, before offering to download it. This is good if you keep
copies around, or have some from a packaged distribution, etc.
This feature has been incorporated in the forthcoming Emacs 23, so if you're
using that you don't need ffap-rfc-directories.el. (It notices
when already setup, and does nothing.)
ffap-rfc-directories.el is
free software (free
as in freedom), published under the terms of the
GNU General Public
License (v3 or up). Download version 8 here, or in
miscbits-el:
ffap-rfc-directories.el
(5k, and sig)
The sig file is a Gnu PG ascii armoured signature generated from my key.
Have a look at my ffap-rfc-space.el for recognising "RFC 1234" with a space too.
