ffap-rfc-directories.el adds a list
of local directories for
to find an RFC before offering to download it. This is good if you keep local
copies, or have some from a packaged distribution, etc.
This feature has been incorporated in Emacs 23, so if you're using that then
you don't need
ffap-rfc-directories.el notices when it already exists, and does
