scroll-1.el

scroll-1.el sets up Emacs keys j and k to scroll the window up and down by 1 line, for use in various viewing modes. These keys are the style of the e-VI-l one or of less or any number of other programs. It only takes a few lines of code, but a Lisp package makes it easy to add to desired mode hooks.

scroll-1.el is free software (free as in freedom), published under the terms of the GNU General Public License (v3 or up). Download version 8,

The sig file is an Gnu PG ascii armoured signature generated from my key.
