scroll-1.el

scroll-1.el sets up Emacs keys j and k to scroll the window up and down by 1 line, for use in various viewing modes. These keys are the style of the e-VI-l one or of less or any number of other programs. It only takes a few lines of code, but a Lisp package makes it easy to add to desired mode hooks.

scroll-1.el is free software (free as in freedom), published under the terms of the GNU General Public License (v3 or up).
