`startup-file-name-history.el`

startup-file-name-history.el puts the filenames on the Emacs command line into file-name-history, as well as opening them in buffers in the usual way, so the same as if you visited them interactively with find-file.

startup-file-name-history.el is free software (free as in freedom), published under the terms of the GNU General Public License (v3 or up).
