sh-autoconf.el

sh-autoconf.el adds an autoconf flavour to Emacs shell script mode (sh-mode) for editing Autoconf configure.ac and macro files. In a simple configure you might have almost no shell code, but once it gets bigger, and especially if you're making your own macros, then sh-mode is a good way to edit.

sh-autoconf.el is free software (free as in freedom), published under the terms of the GNU General Public License (v2 or up).

The sig file is a Gnu PG ascii armoured signatures generated from my key.

sh-autoconf.el has an EmacsWiki page.

See also completion-ignored-build.el to help skip configure on an M-x find-file of configure.ac.
